SOre

Ouch.

My initiation into the New Rules of Lifting for Women has left me incapacitated. No Zumba this morning, due to dull aching in my quads. I shudder to think of all the squats I'd be performing. The idea of it hurts.

This is good though. The ache means I put stress on my body in a new and good way, and I will take this opportunity to enjoy a quiet, restful morning before jumping back in the ring tomorrow for Workout B.
