Tracking : Schmaking.

This week is a pretty good reality check for me so far. I'm tracking everything. EVERYTHING. It's very dissapointing.

I have 2 flex points left for the week and 8 APs. I better get my butt some more activity.

OR, I could also stop eating so much.

We'll see which I choose, probably both.

its amazing isnt it, when you right down and you realize what your really eating. it's like... shit, i didnt really eat that much but hey.. the numbers dont lie, eh?
