Workout Stats : Friday : 519 calories burned
+ 5 minutes Jump Rope
+20 minutes bicycle
+15 minutes rowing machine
+15 minutes stepmill
Though I'm very happy when people resolve to live healthier lifestyles, being at my gym during the first week in January drives me nuts. It's not a very big gym, so the sudden influx of crazy gung-ho active people is very noticable. They also tend to not know the "rules" and mess everything up for those of us who've been there for quite some time.
Either way, this was a decent workout. I'm suprised that was all I burned because when I left to change I looked like a contestant from a wet t-shirt contest, only not in a hot way.
